SECTION/RULE §558.840 - Provision of Hospice Non-Core Services

(a) A hospice must provide the following non-core services in a manner consistent with accepted standards of practice:(1) physical therapy services;(2) occupational therapy services;(3) speech-language pathology services;(4) hospice aide and hospice homemaker services; and(5) volunteers.(b) A hospice must provide non-core services directly or through a written contract.
