SECTION/RULE §559.207 - Increase in Capacity

(a) During the license term, a license holder may not increase capacity without approval from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). The license holder must submit to HHSC a complete application for increase in capacity through the online licensure portal.(b) Upon approval of an increase in capacity, HHSC will issue a new license.
