SUBCHAPTER E - FACILITY REQUIREMENTS
SECTION/RULE §564.502 - Operational Plan, Policies and Procedures

(a) The facility shall operate according to an operational plan. The operational plan shall reflect:(1) program purpose or mission statement;(2) services and how they are provided;(3) description of the population to be served; and(4) goals and objectives of the program.(b) The facility shall adopt and implement written policies and procedures as deemed necessary by the facility and as required herein. The policies and procedures shall contain sufficient detail to ensure compliance with all applicable Commission rules.(c) The policy and procedure manual shall be current, consistent with program practices, individualized to the program, and easily accessible to all staff at all times.
