SECTION/RULE §564.705 - Client Labor and Interactions

(a) The facility shall not hire or utilize clients to fill staff positions. Former clients are not eligible for employment at the facility until at least two years after documented discharge from active treatment from the facility.(b) The facility shall not require clients to participate in any fund raising or publicity activities for the facility.(c) The facility and its personnel shall not enter into a business or personal relationship with a client, give a personal gift to a client, or accept a personal gift of value from a client until at least two years after services to the client cease.
