SUBCHAPTER I - TREATMENT PROGRAM SERVICES
SECTION/RULE §564.909 - Treatment Planning of Services to Clients with COPSD

(a) The treatment plan must identify services to be provided and must include measurable outcomes that address COPSD.(b) The treatment plan must identify the family members' need for education and support services related to the client's mental illness and substance abuse and a method to facilitate the family members' receipt of the needed education and support services.(c) The client and, if requested, family member, must be given a copy of the treatment plan as permitted by law.
