SUBCHAPTER K - FOOD AND NUTRITION
SECTION/RULE §564.1101 - Meals in Outpatient Programs

(a) Programs shall provide a meal break after five consecutive hours of scheduled activities.(b) If the facility prepares meals in a centralized kitchen on site, it shall pass an annual kitchen health inspection as required by law.
