SUBCHAPTER L - RESIDENTIAL PHYSICAL PLANT REQUIREMENTS
SECTION/RULE §564.1201 - General Physical Plant Provisions

(a) Physical plant requirements apply only to residential programs.(b) The water supply shall be of safe, sanitary quality, suitable for use, and adequate in quantity and pressure. The water shall be obtained from a water supply system approved by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC).(c) Sewage shall be discharged into a State-approved sewage system or septic system; otherwise, the sewage must be collected, treated, and disposed of in a manner which is approved by TNRCC.(d) Mobile homes, recreational vehicles, and campers shall not be used for client sleeping areas.
