SECTION/RULE §564.1203 - Emergency Evacuation

Every residential program shall:(1) have emergency evacuation procedures that include provisions for individuals with disabilities;(2) hold fire drills on each shift at least quarterly and correct identified problems promptly;(3) post exit diagrams conspicuously throughout the program site (except in small one-story buildings where all exits are obvious); and(4) be able to clear the building safely and in a timely manner at all times.
