SECTION/RULE §567.3 - Applicability

This chapter only applies to a merger agreement among hospitals, each of which is located within a county that:(1) contains two or more hospitals; and(2) has a population of:(A) less than 100,000 and is not adjacent to a county with a population of 250,000 or more; or(B) more than 100,000 and less than 150,000 and is not adjacent to a county with a population of 100,000 or more.
