SECTION/RULE §567.52 - Annual Review

(a) Upon receipt of the annual report required by §567.34 of this chapter (relating to Annual Report), the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct an annual review of each approved Certificate of Public Advantage (COPA).(b) Prior to any review, HHSC will ask the Attorney General whether the Attorney General intends to conduct any review of the COPA.(c) HHSC will not complete an annual review until:(1) the Attorney General informs HHSC whether that office intends to conduct any review of the COPA; and(2) the Attorney General has had the opportunity to conduct the review, if needed.
