CHAPTER 571 - VOLUNTARY RECOVERY HOUSING ACCREDITATION
SUBCHAPTER A - GENERAL PROVISIONS
SECTION/RULE §571.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to:(1) implement Texas Health and Safety Code (THSC) Chapter 469;(2) establish the minimum standards for voluntary accreditation as a recovery house as required by THSC §469.002; and(3) inform the public that accreditation under this chapter does not authorize a recovery house to provide chemical dependency treatment services.
