SECTION/RULE §571.41 - Accrediting Organization Enforcement Actions

(a) Pursuant to THSC §469.008, if an accredited recovery house violates a provision in THSC Chapter 469 or in this chapter, the accrediting organization that issued the accreditation to the recovery house may suspend the accreditation for a period not to exceed six months while the accrediting organization conducts an audit of the recovery house.(b) The accrediting organization may implement a corrective action plan or revoke the recovery house's accreditation after completing the audit under subsection (a) of this section.
