SECTION/RULE §711.415 - What are the requirements for face-to-face contact with the alleged victim?

(a) The investigator makes a face-to-face contact with the alleged victim except when the intake alleges any allegation type when there is no physical or emotional injury to the alleged victim and no risk of physical or emotional injury or death to the alleged victim.(b) If during the course of an investigation the investigator determines a face-to-face contact with the alleged victim is necessary, the investigator conducts such contact.
