SECTION/RULE §742.301 - What types of minimum qualifications must caregivers have?

Primary caregivers and substitute caregivers must:(1) Be at least 18 years of age; and(2) Meet the requirements in Chapter 745, Subchapter F of this title (relating to Background Checks).
