SECTION/RULE §742.403 - What are the liability insurance requirements?

Unless you have an acceptable reason not to have the insurance, you must:(1) Have liability insurance coverage:(A) Of at least $300,000 for each occurrence of negligence; and(B) That covers injury to a child that occurs while the child is in your care, regardless of whether the injury occurs on or off the premises of your home; and(2) Provide proof of coverage to Licensing each year by the anniversary date of the issuance of your permit to operate a listed family home.
