SECTION/RULE §743.101 - What are the minimum qualifications?

(a) Primary caregivers must:(1) Be at least 18 years of age;(2) Have a high school diploma or its equivalent; and(3) Meet the background check requirements in this subchapter.(b) Caregivers must:(1) Be at least 14 years of age and at least two years older than the oldest child in their care; and(2) Meet the background check requirements in this subchapter.(c) Supplemental caregivers must meet the background check requirements in this subchapter.
