The following pronouns and words have the following meanings when used in this chapter:(1) I, my, you, and your--An applicant or permit holder, unless otherwise stated.(2) We, us, our, and Licensing--The Child Care Regulation department of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
