SECTION/RULE §744.609 - Must I update the admission information?

(a) Yes. You must develop a procedure for regularly updating the admission information, including information on special care needs.(b) The parent must sign and date the updated information. You may use a new form or have the parent initial and date amendments to a previously signed form. You must keep the updated information in the child's record.
