SECTION/RULE §744.907 - How long and where must I keep the required personnel records?

(a) You must keep all records for at least three months after an employee's last day on the job, with the exception of annual training records.(b) You must maintain annual training records for current personnel for the last full training year and current training year.(c) You must keep personnel records and attendance records for employees at the operation or in a central administrative location, provided they are immediately available for review during your hours of operation.
