(a) If the operation transports children whose chronological or developmental age is younger than nine years old, two clock hours of annual transportation safety training is required for:(1) Each employee prior to transporting a child; and(2) Each site director, and program director or operation director.(b) The two clock hours of transportation safety training are exclusive of any requirements for orientation, pre-service training, and annual training.
