SECTION/RULE §744.1323 - If I have a caregiver who attends college or a Child Development Associate/Certified Child-Care Professional credential program, may I count these clock hours toward the annual training requirement?

Chapter Review Date 03/27/2024

Yes. If the training is in a topic specified in this division and the caregiver can provide documentation of completion as specified in this division, then you may count this training toward the annual training requirement.
