SECTION/RULE §744.1405 - When is a substitute, volunteer, or contractor exempt from the pre-service training?

A substitute, volunteer, or contractor is exempt from the pre-service training requirements if the substitute, volunteer, or contractor:(1) Has at least six months of documented prior experience in a regulated operation; or(2) Provides documentation of at least eight clock hours of training in the areas specified in §744.1305 of this chapter (relating to What areas of training must the pre-service training for caregivers cover?) at another regulated operation.
