SECTION/RULE §744.3051 - Must I have a telephone at my operation?

Yes. You must have:(1) A telephone at your operation with a listed telephone number; or(2) Access to a telephone located in the same building for use in an emergency and where a person is available to:(A) Receive incoming calls to the operation;(B) Immediately transmit messages regarding children in care to operation caregivers; and(C) Make outgoing calls for the operation as necessary.
