SECTION/RULE §744.3213 - How do I measure the use zone for rotating or rocking equipment?
Chapter Review Date 03/27/2024

(a) The use zone for rotating or rocking equipment on which the child sits must be at least six feet from the perimeter when not in use.(b) The use zone for rotating or rocking equipment or track rides on which the child stands or rides must be at least seven feet from the perimeter of the equipment when not in use.(c) The use zone for rocking and rotating equipment must not overlap any other use zone.
