The following words have the following meanings when used in this chapter:(1) I, my, you, and your--An applicant or permit holder, unless otherwise stated or the context clearly indicates otherwise.(2) We, us, our, Licensing, and Child Care Regulation--The Child Care Regulation department of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
