SECTION/RULE §745.131 - How does a person or entity request that Licensing determine whether a program is exempt?

(a) Except for subsection (b) of this section, a person or entity must submit:(1) A description of the program on a form we provide; and(2) Additional documentation to verify that the program meets the criteria required for an exemption.(b) An educational facility that may be exempt under §745.119(1) or (2) of this division (relating to What educational facilities are exempt from Licensing regulation?), may contact us to determine whether the facility needs to complete an exemption form.
