(a) The following chart lists the public notice, hearing requirements, and subsequent report you must complete: Attached Graphic(b) During an active declaration of a state of disaster under Texas Government Code, Chapter 418, public hearings concerning an operation located in an area subject to the declaration of disaster may be held in a manner that allows remote participation.
