SECTION/RULE §745.501 - What type of fees may Licensing charge me?

We may charge the following fees:(1) Fees for processing your application;(2) Fees for conducting your background checks;(3) Fees for issuing your initial license;(4) Fees for renewing your initial license;(5) Fees for issuing your non-expiring permit;(6) Annual fees for maintaining your permit; and(7) Fees for amending your permit.
