SECTION/RULE §745.913 - When does Licensing check whether someone is ineligible to serve as a controlling person at my child-care operation?

Licensing will check to determine whether someone is ineligible to serve as a controlling person, when:(1) You submit an application for a permit; and(2) Any time we receive information that identifies someone as a controlling person.
