SECTION/RULE §745.915 - What happens after Licensing determines that someone is ineligible to serve as a controlling person at my child-care operation?

(a) We will notify you in writing if someone is ineligible to serve as a controlling person at your operation.(b) If the person that we have prohibited from serving as a controlling person believes that the results of the check are inaccurate, you may contact the Licensing office that sent the notice to you to discuss the accuracy of the information.(c) Unless we determine that the notification was inaccurate, this person may not serve as a controlling person at your operation.
