SECTION/RULE §745.5103 - What actions will Licensing take after receiving a notice that you are temporarily relocating?
Chapter Review Date 08/26/2024

(a) We will conduct an inspection before or as soon as possible after the relocation to determine whether the temporary location complies with the applicable licensing statutes, rules, and minimum standards.(b) We will consider the following when deciding whether to approve a temporary location that does not comply with minimum standards:(1) The anticipated length of stay at the temporary location;(2) The degree of deviation from minimum standards; and(3) Whether there is a risk to children considering the activities and services that the operation offers.
