SECTION/RULE §745.8497 - What confidentiality requirements apply to a person who is an applicant for a permit, a permit holder, or a former permit holder?

(a) Except as provided by subsection (b) of this section, the following information regarding a person who is an applicant for a permit, a permit holder, or a former permit holder is confidential and may not be released to the public:(1) Home address;(2) Home telephone number;(3) Email address;(4) Social security number;(5) Date of birth;(6) Driver's license number;(7) State identification number;(8) Passport number;(9) Emergency contact information; and(10) Payment information.(b) The following information is not confidential or exempt from public disclosure under this section:(1) A home address that is also the operation's physical address;(2) A home telephone number that is also the operation's telephone number; and(3) An email address that is also the operation's email address.
