SECTION/RULE §745.8601 - What happens if I am deficient in a minimum standard, rule, statute, specific term of my permit, or condition of probation?

If you are deficient in a minimum standard, rule, statute, specific term of your permit, or a condition of probation, we may take one or both of the following actions:(1) Offer technical assistance; or(2) Recommend or impose an enforcement action against your permit.
