SECTION/RULE §745.8611 - How long do enforcement actions that cover a specific period of time last?

(a) The following chart describes the length of time that we may recommend or impose an enforcement action:Attached Graphic(b) The court will specify the timeframe for a Judicial Action/Temporary Restraining Order and any extensions. (c) We may end a voluntary or corrective action early if we determine: (1) That you meet minimum standards and any imposed conditions, and we are able to evaluate for ongoing compliance; or (2) Your compliance does not improve and a more restrictive enforcement action is necessary.
