SECTION/RULE §745.8643 - What may Licensing do if my operation's compliance with minimum standards, rules, or statutes does not improve as a result of the voluntary plan of action or corrective action plan?

If your operation's compliance with minimum standards, rules, or statutes does not improve sufficiently to reduce risk at your operation as a result of the voluntary plan of action or corrective action plan, we will reevaluate your plan to determine the appropriateness of its terms and conditions. As a result, we may take one or more of the following actions:(1) Recommend or impose additional conditions;(2) Increase inspections; or(3) Impose a more serious enforcement action.
