SECTION/RULE §745.8653 - What happens when my suspension period ends?

(a) When your suspension period ends, we will assess whether:(1) You have resolved all the issues that were the basis for the suspension;(2) There are any new issues identified in §745.8605 of this subchapter (relating to When can Licensing recommend or impose an enforcement action against my operation?); or(3) There is any unresolved issue or new issue that would pose a danger or threat of danger to the health or safety of children in your care.(b) Following our assessment, we may either end the suspension or take any further enforcement action as described in this subchapter.
