SECTION/RULE §745.8877 - What if I disagree with Licensing's decision that my operation poses an immediate threat or danger to the health or safety of children?

If you disagree with the determination that your operation poses an immediate threat or danger to the health or safety of children as described in §745.8875(2) of this division (relating to May I operate during the appeal of an adverse action, including pending the outcome of an administrative review and due process hearing?), you may seek injunctive relief from a district court in Travis County or in the county where the operation is located, as required by Texas Human Resources Code §42.072(e).
