SECTION/RULE §745.8967 - Review of Timeframes for an Application
Chapter Review Date 08/26/2024

(a) After receiving a request for a review of the Administrator's License application timeframes, the associate commissioner or designee will:(1) Determine if Child Care Regulation (CCR) processed the application within the appropriate timeframes, and if not, whether there was good cause to exceed the timeframes; and(2) Notify the applicant of the decision within 30 days of receiving the request.(b) CCR will reimburse the application fee if the associate commissioner or designee determines that CCR exceeded the timeframes without good cause.
