SECTION/RULE §745.9013 - How does a remedial action that is pending against my administrator's license affect renewal requirements for that license?

(a) A remedial action that is pending against your administrator's license has no effect on renewal requirements for that license. You must still submit timely and complete renewal documentation and fees.(b) If the pending remedial action results in the revocation or refusal to renew your license, any renewal fees paid during the time the remedial action was pending will be refunded upon our receipt of a written request from you.
