SECTION/RULE §745.9031 - What remedial actions can Licensing take against my administrator's license?

(a) We may take the following actions against your full administrator's license:Attached Graphic(b) If you have a provisional Child-Care Administrator's License (CCAL) we may deny you a full CCAL. We do not have to separately revoke your provisional CCAL.
