SECTION/RULE §745.9139 - What steps must I take to renew my Certificate of Recognition?
Chapter Review Date 08/26/2024

You must submit a written request to the Director of Licensing for renewal of your certificate of recognition 30 days before the certificate will expire. The written request must include:(1) Original certificates of documentation of training as specified in Chapter 746 of this title (relating to Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers) and Chapter 747 of this title (relating to Minimum Standards for Child-Care Homes) for each program instructor and administrator;(2) Updates to original program materials as required by any change in our rules or through advances in the child-care industry, child growth and development, and children's safety and health;(3) The number of credentials you have awarded and renewed in the previous two years; and(4) The numbers and types of sanctions you have issued in the previous two years.
