We may periodically assess whether your credential program complies with the criteria in this subchapter and your credential plan by:(1) Observing training, assessment activities, or remedial activities;(2) Requesting a current list of credential holders and evaluating compliance with minimum standards at operations administered by a credential holder;(3) Auditing credential holders for proof of compliance with your renewal requirements; and(4) Auditing candidate applications to determine compliance with the approved credential plan.
