SECTION/RULE §746.803 - How long must I keep records at my child-care center?

(a) Unless otherwise stated in this chapter, you must keep at the child-care center for at least three months from the date the record was created each record that your center is required to post or keep.(b) You must keep training records for the current director and caregivers for at least the current and last full training year.
