SECTION/RULE §746.1005 - If I have multiple operations, must I designate a separate director for each operation?

(a) If you have multiple operations under the same governing body, you must designate a separate director for each operation.(b) If you have designated a single director for more than one operation, you must comply with the requirement specified in subsection (a) of this section no later than March 1, 2025.
