SECTION/RULE §746.1053 - Will the director's certificate expire?

The director's certificate will not expire unless the director was qualified:(1) Under (5) or (6) in Figure: 26 TAC §746.1015 of this division (relating to What qualifications must the director of my child-care center licensed for 13 or more children meet?);(2) Under (4) or (6) in Figure: 26 TAC §746.1017 of this division (relating to What qualifications must the director of my child-care center licensed for 12 or fewer children meet?); or(3) As an interim director as outlined in §746.1067 of this division (relating to When may a child-care center designate someone as its interim director?).
