SECTION/RULE §746.1065 - What is an interim director?

(a) An interim director is an individual designated to serve as the director of a child-care center under §746.1067 of this division (relating to When may a child-care center designate someone as its interim director?).(b) The interim director has the same responsibilities as a child-care center director as outlined in this chapter.
