SECTION/RULE §746.1405 - When is a substitute, volunteer, or contractor exempt from the pre-service training?

A substitute, volunteer, or contractor is exempt from the pre-service training requirements if the substitute, volunteer, or contractor:(1) Has at least two years of documented prior experience in a regulated child-care center; or(2) Provides documentation of at least 24 clock hours of training in the areas specified in §746.1305 of this chapter (relating to What must be covered in pre-service training for caregivers?) at another regulated child-care center.
