SECTION/RULE §746.1805 - If I provide transportation, how many caregivers must I have in the vehicle to supervise the children?

(a) When you transport children younger than two years, you must have one caregiver in addition to the driver for each group of four children younger than two years.(b) When you transport children two years and older, you must comply with classroom child/caregiver ratio. The driver may be counted in this ratio if the driver meets caregiver qualifications.
