(a) When your child-care center uses a swimming pool, there must be at least two caregivers supervising the children if four or more children are swimming. (b) The maximum number of children one caregiver can supervise while children are swimming is based on the age of the youngest child in the group and is specified in the following chart: Attached Graphic
