SECTION/RULE §746.3431 - May I use water from a private water supply instead of a public water supply for my child-care center?

Yes, you may use water from a private water supply, although you must:(1) Maintain the water supply in a safe and sanitary manner.(2) Maintain written records indicating the private water supply meets the requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, if applicable.
